The Ionized Air Rinser is used for the cleaning of a various containers. Ionized air rinsing effectively removes dust, debris, and other particles, ensuring that your containers are clean and ready for use. It allows products to be cleaned in-line and is capable of running many product sizes with simple changeovers. As an air rinsing manufacturer, our engineers have designed this unit to be fully protected from debris with the use of stainless-steel side panels and PMMA safety covers.
The Ionized Air Rinser is designed for packaging lines that handle glass, plastic, metal, fiber and many other containers. This air rinsing solution utilizes the Invertor/Revertor System to rotate containers over an Ionized Air/Vacuum Assembly.
Clean dry compressed air is supplied to the ionized air nozzles, which produces turbulent airflow that pulls the debris towards the vacuum. Ionizer nozzles distribute a positive charge inside and outside of the container, detaching the debris from the container. The vacuum collects debris into the filter canister for manual filter bag disposal at the end of the day, week or month depending on usage and accumulation of debris. Your choice of air (non-ionized), water, or rinsing solution is available upon request. All Ionized-Air Riners are engineered and manufactured in our facility in Pennsylvania.
