Helical Denesters are used to separate products such as cups, bowls, or trays that are delivered in stacks. These stacks can be manually or automatically loaded into the denester. The denester will hold the stacks and mechanically separate the product one at a time for discharge onto a conveyor, platform or lead station for transport onto the next stage of its processing. These units can work as a stand-alone system dispensing containers if they are preset or can be linked to upstream and downstream equipment to work in unison for a collaborative system.
The Vertical Denester is engineered to the customers preference for optimal separation and placement on the production line. CHT Feedscrew (timing screw) technology ensures containers are properly aligned to drop with accuracy at the speed and rate specified. An external controls panel is integrated for maximum control of the products' release. Other control panel options are idle timing, emergency stop and “Home” circuits.
The Vertical Denester can be integrated as a loading system.

The Horizontal Denester separates cartons, pots, and many other types of containers along the production line. It may be more beneficial to denest horizontally if the product is currently being fed to the line in this way. This denester utilizes Feedscrews and Feedscrew Drives to accurately move containers apart along the conveyor. Our engineers will work with your specifications to design and manufacture a Hortizontal Denester that works in partnership with your production line. Control panel may be incorporated.
