PACK EXPO International 2026 has officially wrapped up, and what an incredible week it was for the Carleton Helical Technologies (CHT) team.
We enjoyed reconnecting with longtime customers, meeting new industry professionals, and showcasing our custom-engineered container handling equipment on the show floor in Chicago.
From productive conversations to live equipment demonstrations, PACK EXPO gave us the opportunity to share what we do best: providing simple, reliable solutions to complex container handling challenges.
Showcasing Container Handling Solutions in Action
This year’s booth featured several of our core product lines, giving attendees an up-close look at how our equipment helps packaging lines operate smoothly and efficiently.
Custom Feedscrews
Our custom-engineered Feedscrews / Timing Screws demonstrated how precise container timing, spacing, and handling can improve packaging line performance. Whether dividing, combining, indexing, or transferring containers, our feedscrew solutions are designed around each customer’s unique application.
High-Performance Invertors
Our HP Invertors continued to generate interest with their ability to rotate containers 90°, 180°, or 360° without additional energy consumption. Their compact design, smooth operation, and simple changeovers make them a practical solution for a variety of packaging applications.
Ionized Air Rinsers
We also highlighted our Ionized Air Rinser technology, designed to remove dust and loose particulates from containers before filling. Using ionized air and vacuum technology, these systems provide an efficient cleaning solution for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other packaging applications.

While we always enjoy demonstrating our equipment, one of the best parts of PACK EXPO is the opportunity to connect with the people behind the packaging lines.
Throughout the show, our team had meaningful conversations with customers, suppliers, industry partners, and new contacts about their current operations and future projects.
