Carleton Helical Technologies, a leading manufacturer of air rinsing solutions, is proud to unveil its latest innovation: the updated Ionized Air Rinser, engineered to deliver powerful, in-line cleaning for a wide variety of container types and sizes.

Designed to remove dust, debris, and other particulates, the Ionized Air Rinser ensures containers are thoroughly cleaned and ready for packaging. Whether dealing with glass, plastic, metal, or fiber containers, this advanced system adapts seamlessly with simple changeovers to accommodate different product sizes.

At the core of the system is the Invertor/Revertor System, which inverts containers over an ionized air/vacuum assembly. Ionized air nozzles introduce a positive charge both inside and outside of each container, effectively detaching particles. Simultaneously, turbulent airflow created by clean, dry compressed air pulls loosened debris toward a vacuum, which safely captures it in a filter canister.

Engineered and manufactured in-house at our Pennsylvania facility, this machine is built with durability and safety in mind. The Ionized Air Rinser features stainless-steel side panels and PMMA safety covers to fully protect the system and operators from contamination and debris.

The unit measures approximately 72 inches long, 36 inches wide, and 48 inches high, and is designed to match a variety of conveyor and production line speeds. Powered by high-performance AC gearmotors, it operates within a NEMA 4 electrical enclosure, with voltage customized to fit specific facility needs. Optional features include a high-performance Invertor/Revertor Assembly changeover and washdown units for enhanced cleaning flexibility. Routine maintenance is simplified with easy-to-replace components such as filter bags and belt pulleys. Additionally, customers can choose between ionized air, non-ionized air, water, or other rinsing solutions, tailored to their operational requirements.

The updated Ionized Air Rinser underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in packaging automation.
